01 Accepting these terms
By accessing saferico.com, the SaferICO Telegram bot or Mini App, the API, or any tool we publish, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.
If you are using SaferICO on behalf of a company or project, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" means that organisation.
You must be at least 18 years old, and you must not be located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to sanctions that would make providing this service unlawful.
02 What SaferICO is — and is not
SaferICO provides informational security tooling. That includes automated contract scanning, an AI assistant, self-custodial deployment and management utilities, and — as a separate paid engagement — human-performed manual audits.
| SaferICO is | SaferICO is not |
|---|---|
| A security analysis and developer tooling provider | A financial adviser, broker, or investment manager |
| A source of automated and manual findings | A guarantor that any contract or project is safe |
| An interface to contracts you deploy and sign yourself | A custodian, exchange, or holder of your funds |
| A tool that reports what it observes | An insurer or underwriter of any loss |
| An independent third party | An endorser of any token, project, or protocol it analyses |
Nothing on this site is an endorsement. Analysing, listing, scanning, or scoring a project is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or interact with it.
03 Scans, reports & audits
This is the most important limitation to understand about our core product.
- Automated scanning is heuristic. It detects known patterns. It will miss vulnerabilities, including severe ones, and it will sometimes flag code that is in fact safe. A high score is not proof of safety, and a low score is not proof of fraud.
- Every assessment is point-in-time. It reflects the code and on-chain state at the moment it ran. Contracts can be upgraded, ownership transferred, liquidity removed, and privileged functions exercised the minute after a report is produced.
- Manual audits are a professional opinion, not a certificate. They are performed with reasonable skill and care within an agreed scope and time budget. They do not, and cannot, prove the absence of vulnerabilities. Anything outside the agreed scope was not reviewed.
- Reports depend on external data from block explorers, RPC nodes, and price sources. If that data is unavailable, delayed, or wrong, the output will be affected.
- Reports are for the recipient's own use. They must not be presented as a safety guarantee, a warranty, or a marketing endorsement by SaferICO.
Audited protocols have been exploited. Our findings reduce risk; they do not remove it. Any decision you take after reading one of our reports is yours, and the risk of that decision is yours.
04 The AI agent (SAFI)
- Output may be wrong. SAFI is built on large language models and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or confidently mistaken statements, including about contract behaviour, gas costs, addresses, and market data.
- Always verify before you act. Independently check any address, network, amount, or recipient before signing anything the agent proposes.
- Your conversations are processed by a third-party model provider — see the Privacy Policy. Do not paste private keys, seed phrases, credentials, or confidential documents into the chat.
- The agent cannot move your funds. It can only prepare a transaction for you to review and sign in your own wallet. It never has signing authority.
- Features may be marked as preview, beta, or walkthrough. Where a flow is a demonstration rather than a live on-chain action, it is labelled as such, and you should not treat its output as a completed transaction.
05 Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice
Nothing produced by SaferICO — no scan, score, report, agent reply, alert, price figure, or automation result — is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We are not licensed to give it and we do not purport to.
Digital assets are volatile and speculative. You can lose the entire value of what you hold. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction, and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
06 Self-custody, signing & irreversibility
SaferICO is non-custodial. This has consequences that are worth stating bluntly:
- You hold your keys. We never have them, cannot recover them, and cannot restore access to a wallet you lose control of.
- You sign every transaction. Review the network, contract, amount, recipient, and fees on the confirmation screen. What you sign is what executes.
- On-chain transactions are irreversible. There is no chargeback, no reversal, and no support ticket that can undo a confirmed transaction — including one sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or to a malicious contract.
- Contracts you deploy are yours. You own them, you are responsible for their configuration and for any legal or regulatory obligations attached to what you launch. We provide tooling; we are not the issuer of your token, NFT, or protocol.
- Gas, network and protocol fees are charged by the network and third parties, not by us, and are not refundable by us.
07 Third-party services, contracts & networks
The service depends on, and links to, systems we do not control: blockchain networks, RPC providers, block explorers, price feeds, wallets, exchanges, model providers, Telegram, GitHub, and the smart contracts of other projects.
- We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct, and we are not responsible for them.
- Network congestion, reorganisations, forks, outages, or failed transactions are outside our control.
- Interacting with any third-party contract is at your own risk, even where you reached it through our interface.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms, which you are responsible for reviewing.
08 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to plan, promote, or carry out fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Present our tooling, branding, or reports as an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of safety.
- Misrepresent a scan result, alter a report, or attribute to us statements we did not make.
- Attack, overload, probe, or attempt to circumvent access controls, plan limits, or rate limits of the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the service or API to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Share API keys or account credentials, or use another person's account.
- Scrape or bulk-extract content other than through the documented API within your plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where continued access poses a risk to the service or other users.
09 Plans, payment & refunds
- Paid plans grant access to features for a fixed period, credited when your payment is confirmed on-chain or via Telegram Stars.
- Plan limits, credits, and feature sets are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted for future periods. We will not reduce what a period you have already paid for provides.
- Because payments are made on-chain, they are irreversible and are non-refundable once the period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- You are responsible for paying to the correct address on the correct network. Funds sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us.
- Manual audit engagements are governed by the separate scope and terms agreed for that engagement.
- We may change prices for future periods. Existing paid periods are unaffected.
10 Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service, all tools, scans, reports, agent output, alerts and data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that any scan or audit will identify all vulnerabilities, that any contract or project analysed is safe, that any data displayed is accurate or current, or that the service will be available at any particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaferICO and its operators, contributors and contractors shall not be liable for any:
- loss of digital assets, funds, tokens, or profits;
- loss arising from a vulnerability not detected, or a risk not reported;
- loss arising from reliance on a scan, score, report, or AI-generated statement;
- loss arising from any transaction you signed, any contract you deployed, or any address or network you selected;
- loss caused by a third-party protocol, wallet, exchange, RPC provider, data source, or model provider;
- loss caused by network failure, congestion, fork, reorganisation, exploit, or service downtime;
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of business, revenue, goodwill or data,
whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to SaferICO in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you — in which case the exclusions apply to the fullest extent the law permits.
You acknowledge that the fees charged reflect this allocation of risk, and that we would not provide the service on these terms without it.
11 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaferICO and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your use of the service; any contract, token, or project you deploy or operate; your breach of these Terms or of any law; your infringement of the rights of a third party; or your presentation of our output to others.
12 Availability, changes & termination
- We do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, or reasons outside our control.
- We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Preview and beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
- You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account under the Privacy Policy.
- We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be signalled on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and the general terms in section 14 — do survive.
13 Intellectual property
The SaferICO name, logo, site design, detection engine, reports, and documentation are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them except as these Terms allow.
You retain ownership of the content you submit — your code, addresses, and prompts. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it in order to provide the service, including transmitting it to the providers described in the Privacy Policy.
Reports we deliver to you may be used within your own project and shared, provided they are reproduced in full, unaltered, and not presented as a guarantee of safety or as an endorsement.
14 Disputes & general terms
Contact us first. Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to raise the matter with us using the details below and to attempt in good faith to resolve it. Almost everything is resolved this way.
Time limit on claims. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to the service must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it. After that period it is permanently barred.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions — in particular the disclaimers and limitation of liability in section 10 — remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any engagement-specific terms agreed in writing, form the entire agreement between you and SaferICO regarding the service, and supersede any prior understanding.
