We read your wallet's Approval events on-chain, then check each one's current allowance. Bigger range = more complete, but slower.
What's an approval? Swapping, staking, or listing usually asks you to "approve" a contract to move a token on your behalf. That permission is open until revoked. Old or unlimited approvals to unknown contracts are a common way funds get drained — revoke anything you don't recognize or no longer use.
