Anyone can verify a lock with its ID — no wallet required. The certificate links to the contract on the block explorer so it's independently checkable.

What this proves. The certificate reads live from the SaferICO Locker contract: which token/LP is locked, how much, who owns the lock, the unlock date, and whether it's still locked. It's a snapshot of on-chain truth you can share — and the verify link lets anyone confirm it themselves.
